Yes — I frequently create custom watercolor venue artwork inspired by Palm Beach and Jupiter wedding locations.
Can you ship wedding invitations outside Florida?
Yes — while I’m based in Palm Beach Gardens, I serve couples nationwide.
How many proof rounds do I get?
Essentials includes 2 concepts + 2 proof rounds; Signature includes 2 concepts + 3 rounds; Heirloom includes 3 concepts + an unlimited minor-edits window. Additional rounds: $125 per round.
Can you match my colors?
Yes—send fabric/ribbon/palette swatches and we’ll translate to CMYK/spot/Pantone. Screens vs. print differ slightly; small variance is normal. PDF proofs are included; hard copy press proofs and swatch kits are optional add-ons billed separately.
Do you offer rush?
When my calendar allows:
- Semi-custom: rush to 3–10 business days (+20–35%).
- Full custom: case-by-case; minimum 2–4 weeks (+25–40%).
Rush may also apply to production/shipping.
Do you handle mailing/assembly?
Yes—envelope addressing, stuffing, sealing, postage, and suite assembly. Quoted by quantity/components. DIY shipping available, too.
What’s your reprint/typo policy?
We print exactly what you approve. After final approval, changes require a new print order (client cost). Production defects/shipping damage are reprinted at no cost.
What’s the payment schedule?
A 50% design retainer reserves your date. Remaining design fees are due before final files. Production is paid in full before press. Florida orders are subject to FL sales tax; shipping billed separately. Card/invoice accepted.
