Attention Ladies! Here is a little inspiration for all my 50 and fabulous gal pals.

With just 6 short months before my 50th Birthday, I am wondering “When did I become a 50 year old woman?” In my mind I am still 30-something…less the responsibilities of being a single mom, finishing my bachelors degree in design and working a full time job. With my daughter all grown up and living her own life, it is time for me to live a little. My goal before I turn the “big five Oh No!” is to look and feel better than I ever have. For the next several months I will be publishing a series of blog posts to inspire you as well as keep me accountable to reaching my goal of being in the best physical and mental shape of my life.

Part of my regimen for my new endeavor is to put healthy foods into my body. Since working at Garden of Life it is easier for me to be devoted to this goal.
