Pomegranate mimosas
This is the best pomegranate mimosa recipe I have ever tried.

I can’t resist a good mimosa for Sunday brunch. And what would this special time of year be without my pomegranate mimosa recipe. Don’t get me wrong…I will always love the classic orange juice and champagne combination. But sometimes you just have to mix things up a bit. The red color makes this a perfect addition to your galantines or Valentine’s Day brunch.

If you love serving up brunches as much as I do, you will love my mini quiches recipe. Pairs perfectly with this mimosa.

Ingredients:

1 cup sweetened pomegranate juice
1 bottle champagne
Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Directions:

Fill champagne flutes with 1/4 cup of pomegranate juice. Top off with champagne. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
